Before They Ask terms

Beta access

Before They Ask is currently available as a closed Mac beta. Access is managed directly by Borrowed Fire LLC and can change while the product is being tested and reviewed.

Use the beta with test-appropriate work data and your own judgment. The app is not a system of record for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or employment-critical decisions.

Your data

You are responsible for the information you enter while testing the app.

The app includes destructive actions such as deleting projects, commitments, reminders, and all app data. Confirm those actions only when you intend to delete that data.

Feedback

If you send feedback, bug reports, screenshots, or support emails, Borrowed Fire LLC may use that information to understand issues and improve Before They Ask.

Do not send confidential third-party information in feedback unless you have permission to share it.

Ownership

Before They Ask, Borrowed Fire, and the site and app design are owned by Borrowed Fire LLC. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or site assets except where Apple beta testing tools expressly allow app testing.

Warranty and liability

The beta is provided as-is and may contain bugs, interruptions, delays, data loss, or incomplete behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borrowed Fire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta.
